Is anyone from Western New York?

I had a region with a bunch of my friends from western New York a while back but they have all since decided not to continue visiting this site. I use to know some other people from the same general area that had a region but I can't remember the name. If anyone has a neato region that I might be able to join let me know because I need to join somewhere. :(

Does Tioga County count as "Western New York"? (I'll be moving to Schuyler County shortly, if that's better.)

I haven't been up there in a while...damn NY taxes drove most fo the industry out of Binghampton last time I was there. Too bad...it was a nice place to live.
