Slippery completely owns all other textures. Although, fluffy is nice too.

Scaly is deffinetely the best of the choices given, but not all scaly. I don't like the hard ridged scaly, I prefer the raspy type of scaly myself and would have gone for raspy if it were availible.

My favorite texture totally depends on the object in question. Some things should be slippery but not scaly. Given the choices though I would have to go with slippery. My favorite things seem to be slippery and hard to hold on to.
