oh no no no, I'll just be measling my way out with Kingdom Hearts: CoM...perhaps even MGS3. My parents won't let me buy crap like that all at once, and they don't hand me money. I gotta save up the cash.

my comp plays DOOM 3 fine and I hated not beinga ble to see so I just went and downloaded a mod from fileplanet so that my guns have flashlights attached to them which is better, any ways Im at the end of it and I think its an awsome game so either you gave up on it or your not a big fan or first person shooters or perhaps you just dont like it but I duno I think its great and worth its money

Poor? Ha, my jeep broke down and I don't have the money to fix it. Paintball is more expensive than video games. I guess that's the price to pay for finding something to do outside.

The reason Fable is getting lambasted in reviews is because Peter Molyneaux and Blue Box promised us this ground-breaking, revolutionary RPG with all these innovative features that had never been done before, and as the release date came closer and closer, they started stripping those features away one by one until it wasn't the revolutionary game it was trumpetted as, but instead just a great RPG. I have it, and it is amazing, but it's not amazing compared to what they told us it would be. It's still a great RPG and worth the money, but alot of people were angry and felt betrayed by Molyneaux and Blue Box because of how they took back everything they promised about it after they sold 1 million+ pre-orders.

I'm looking forward to Rome: Total War, which is going to make my machine beg for mercy, and Halo 2 for my Xbox enjoyment. Getting into 2005, I'm looking forward to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2, but I'm especially eager to get Jade Empire, which is shaping up to be a breakout hit in 2005.

I could never pay for paintball stuff, I'm not rich. And I get enough of sun, 10 hours of my day spent in school. 3 hours of that running my arse off. **** that, I want my video games after a day like that!

So, let me get this straight...You wont be able to do anything you want anymore, you won't get to choose good/evil or choose other stuff? Is that what I'm hearing?

It's called pick up touch football, and you can play it every Saturday afternoon until December. All you need is a $20 football and about 7 or more of your closest buddies.

It's not; trust me. It's not what they promised, and it's not nearly as open ended as Morrowind, but the hero system is amazing, and the game looks beautiful. The problem I'm noticing is that it's too short. I swept through the main storyline in about 15 hours, unfortunately. I didn't do any of the side quests, or any of the non-quest related stuff, like buying and selling property or getting married, but even still, it's pretty short.

No, not really. It's hard to explain. It's still amazing, but it's not what they were promising back in spring. You can still be good or evil, but they got rid of the character creator features. You're now stuck being the same guy no matter what. You can still flirt (with guys and girls) and get married, but the family features, such as having kids that age and stuff, are gone. You can still buy houses and rent them out, but you can't buy businesses and run them like they said you'd be able to. They stripped back the sidequests from a supposed 200 hours to about 30 hours worth, and I beat the main storyline in about 15 hours. You can make what you want out of all that. It's still an amazing game, but I can understand why so many people are trashing it.

Wait a minute, there's a main storyline, with sidequests? How many sidequests? You can still trade in properties and get married? That's good, what other stuff can you do? What got stripped out? Answer these questions, or I shall do...Something...Ah, I won't do anything...JUST TELL ME WHAT IT'S LIKE!!!

Edit: Whoops! We cross-posted...Thanks for the info...I'm still gonna get it.

Doom 3 scares me! So do those Freaky 'Trigens' on Farcry (which otherwise I love).

I bought The Sims 2 on Thursday; it rocks! Strongly reccomended.
