Forgive my mistake. I always thought Micronesia was just a region name - I think there's Micronesia and Polynesia and Melanesia.

But no. Still not the answer.

Really? Some of the best diving in the world is found there....and no radiation. Bikini Atoll is one of the best dive sites in the world.

This is a great question as it makes one think....

I guess it's safer than it used to be ...

two archipelagic island chains of 30 atolls and 1,152 islands; Bikini and Enewetak are former US nuclear test sites; Kwajalein, the famous World War II battleground, is now used as a US missile test range

Time does that.....Hiroshima and Nagasaki are safe as well.
