What's your fave inspirational song or music? What do you listen to to get pumped up for a football match, or you listen to while doing weights? Music to chant at protests or sporting events...music to rebel to! :p
Here' my shortlist:
Rose Tattoo - "We Can't be Beaten"
Queen - "We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions"
Judas Priest - "United"
Judas Priest - "Take on the World"
Survivor - "Eye of the Tiger"
Chumba Wumba - "Tubthumping"
Twisted Sister - "We're Not Gonna Take It"
Wagner - "Ride of the Valkyries"
Tchaikovsky - "1812 Overture"
After leaving basic training for the ARMY, the first song I heard was Cameo, Word UP. Not the greatest song, but after two months of basic and one month in recovery from a busted knee I loved it.

Nearly every song I enjoy relates to my life in some way. Take my hand, by Toto is my favorite "end to something" kind of song.

Nine Inch Nails works when training hard
Straight opposite Yann Tiersen is perfect on long runs/walks/rides
Football (soccer) goes best with latin music
and all the music played in icehockey matches is crap.

Actually, Prodigy is some of my fave weight workout music, although some of it is too fast for doing reps to :p

My most inspirational song to listen to when I'm down in the dumps is "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve Pipe. Don't ask me why, but it just pumps me up despite how sad it sounds.
The song that energizes my body and refreshes my body is Iron Maiden's cover of The Scorpions' song "The Zoo"...
Iron Maiden certainly improved it.

Iron Maiden: the number of the beast
that's inspirational isn't it?

Eh... not the most inspirational Iron Maiden song...
But if you mean the album...
Still... not very inspirational...
Unless of course you mean inspirational as in its genius... Then yes the album is inspirational in that...

I don't know any such people in real life... I'm not joking... most of my friends are non-religious... So yeah... I guess I didn't get that because of that...

Clawfinger "Biggest and Best" is an excellent self-validation mantra.
Stabbing Westward "Violent Mood Swings" got me through tough times.
Ministry "So What"... the title says it all.
Depeche Mode "Walking in My Shoes" and "Condemnation". Introspective defences against blind prejudice.
Pigface "F**k it Up". Another title says it all track.
Prodigy "Their Law"
Cyan "Die Vogel"
The Shamen "Move Any Mountain"
Cannot think of a name

Don't laugh. I'm younger than a lot of the songs here, it probably comes from watching old movies.
Paul Anka- My Way [I read somewhere it was Bruce Lee's fave song before he kicked the bucket]
Eminem - Lose Yourself [To remind myself that unless you grasp every opportunity by the throat they will slip away]
Aerosmith- I Don't Want To Miss A Thing [Don't know whats some inspirational about it, I just like it]
Maroon 5 - Woman [Everytime I get in argument with my woman, I listen to this song to calm me down, weird but works.]
Jimmy Gnecco ft Brian May - Someone to Die for [Similar to above, but to motivate myself what she means to me when she asks me to do something difficult]
This is very embarassing!

NOFX's "The Decline"
"Summer of 69" by Bryan Adams (it's sort of inspirational, I guess)
"What's Left of the Flag"-Flogging Molly
"Let it Be"-Beatles (despite me being agnostic)
"Imagine"-John Lennon
And that's about it. I was just going through my music on Kazaa, so that's by no means a complete list, just a few I really like (although whether or not they're really "inspirational" is debateable, I suppose).
