I was reading in USA today the otherday that Putin said that Russia has the right to perform strikes on terrorists in foreign lands.

I can't wait to see this pan out. If the Islamic world thought that the US was brutal. Here come them russians

Yeah, this should be interesting, but what impact will it have on the USA's war on terrorism? Will they stir up more hate for all non-muslims and help the islamofascists recruit, or will it complement our war and cut down on personell and resources available to the enemy?
