My favorite part is this quote. "The president needs to answer the question: Who do you think is right? Vice President Cheney or Secretary Powell? And if it's Secretary Powell, will you direct your vice president to stop misleading the American people?"

They also believe that al Qaeda and its tentacle groups use Iraq to inflame Muslim anger and win more recruits to replenish its ranks.
Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Najib Tun Razak agrees with this viewpoint. "The best thing that's happened to al Qaeda is for the United States to invade Iraq," he said.
"It means that they will create more unhappiness in the Muslim world ... they would have more alliances as a result of the invasion of Iraq."

The difference being that the Democrats attack policies that are clearly failures, while the Repugs continue to repeat exaggerations and extortions (the flip-flop myth/hypocrisy.)
I dunno why the Democrats were afraid to get hard on the issues. They were trying to not go negative at all, and sacrificed hard, clear, critical language as a result.
Anyhoo, we have mushroom clouds in N Korea, Iranian armies massing at the border. Iraq is in chaos. Good job Mr. President. You've managed to screw up just about everything you could screw up.
