Is it not true that conservative means keeping things the same? Conserving them? However during his campaign one thing sticks out that shows he is not in fact conservative. In fact, he did the most Non-Conservitive thing possible, messing with our bill of rights! The Patriot Act: allows the FBI to do an unwarranted search as they please. Our fouth ammendment: There is to be no unwarrented searches. I rest my case.

In a way your right, Bush violated our rights and people still vote for him because he is conservative. But think people, many of us Americans including myself want the second ammendmant to be abbolished, if your arguing about this than you might as well stop because we will have changes in our constitution.

Well to start nobody in Congress has. Secondly I havent read the whole thing but I know a lot about it, I mean its not completely bad its purpose is to stop terrorism earlier so they dont have to take the time to get a warrant but you may be violated unrightfully, congress should have read it, and if Bush is so against terrorism why is he opening our borders so much. The Alaskan border has few guards (the one across from Asia) Bush doesnt have enough guards in the New York Harbour or the Mexican border or the Canadian one.

And that was possibly the stupidest thing Ive ever heard, first of all were not trying to abbolish the second ammendment but make it much harder to get guns, at least have a the government aproval, dont allow guns such as six shotters or any hand guns. And right now its easier to buy a gun than a car, so that should be stopped, and also I think along with millions of Americans that it wasnt for citizens to carry guns Second Ammendmant: To allow citizens to carry guns for a stronger militia. Well now the government supplies army weapons, and there is no militia. Im all for like, hunting guns or even a shotgun if you live in the middle of nowhere for protection, but it sure makes police duty much harder. And it kills much, much, much more than it protects.

I can't classify that man as conservative anymore - he's now a reactionary in my book
