It was this day, three years ago, where the largest attack of terrorism was committed on the U.S.A. Two hi-jacked planes crashed into the Twin Towers, another hi-jacked ship crashed into the Pentagon, and another crashed in Pennsylvania farmland.
The World changed.
It changed everyone everywhere, 2,948 human beings died that day. Not just from the US either, there were some from other countries as well. The terrorist hoped to strike fear into the strongest country, and they succeeded, they did a good job at making us scared. They also did something else, they strengthened us, we are more united, and Americans show more signs of patriotism.
The terrorists had succeeded, and failed at the same time.
Please remember those who died.
Please, I am not forcing you to do anything.
I am not forcing you to pray.
I am not forcing you to cower in fear of the past.
I am asking a simple favor, remember, take a moment of silence please, because no one, no matter what, should have suffered what those 2,948 people suffered.
Their families, put through more pain.
Nothing can bring those lost back.
Forget world affairs, or grudges against other people from other nations, or religions, or races. Don’t mourn for the Americans, or the British, or French, or anyone who died.
Mourn for your fellow humans, who have the same thoughts, feelings, and emotions that you have.
I am not asking for much, just for a simple tiny favor.
Remember them….
