That's right, it's day 7 of Texas week, the big game day! This thread is a continuation of http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=356207 <- that thread.

Anyway, Bush made a last minute change of plans and is not going to the game (mostly because he knows Texas will lose anyway).

Game time: T-Minus 8 hours. I will maybe make one more update before I leave my house...because I'm headed to the stadium in like 45 minutes.

Cool. I'm going to a football game tonight to watch Texas (Houston) get beat. Not quite as fun as beating UT, but we're good at that too. Have fun and Tuck Fexas!

College football? If so, what two schools are playing? And I doubt it's an extremely old rivalry like Arkansas-Texas...and I doubt the Texas you're playing is #7...

Nope, Oklahoma-Houston. Our turn to smash #7 will come next month :)

Haha...OU Sooners vs Texas (Houston)...wow.

By the way, I just played OU on NCAA College Football...Razorbacks won 42-13...and OU threw 2 interceptions and fumbled twice and finished with -11 rushing yards. In fact, one of their two touchdowns was off a kickoff return because I wasn't paying attention. They also missed an extra point kick...so yea, even sports games are unrealistic. (Especially considering my back up QB was in on one play, in which he got sacked, and still had more rushing yards than the entire OU offense...)

And by the way, Texas won't be #7 tomorrow.

*snickers*

I know our team doesn't play as well as they could, but they aren't crap. And if Houston beats us, I'll eat myself.

Good luck tonight, btw, I'll be rooting for Arkansas.

It's on ESPN and it's pretty late so even if you go to the OU/Houston game you can probably catch the last half of the game by the time you get home.

"Bullshit" was being chanted at one point of the game in the student section...and that's the best way to describe the type of calls those refs were making. Plus, how does it feel to be #7, and beat a team that's not in the top 25 only by 2 points...2 points that Arkansas gave you for free in the first quarter I might add? Besides...you let a WR throw a 30ish yard touchdown pass to a RB

Today is the only day I'm an Irish fan, but I'm guessing you know where I live, especially since you can see it directly to the right.

I was sad to see the final score, but sadder to see that no student was able to bare-ass the POTUS at the game.

I was standing in the end zone of Razorback stadium four? (maybe three) years ago when we beat Alabama in the pouring rain, 28-21. The clouds cleared just as the game ended, and I walked home soaking wet, with joy in my heart and laughing at the ignorant ass Crimson Tide fan who was in the same end zone with us, wondering if he'd gotten his ass kicked for being a dick the entire game.

I'm not proud of that last bit, but it did happen. :D

POTUS wasn't at the game...and there was a Texas fan in the student section for about 30 minutes, but then, after removing two Razorback students for being violent, they decide it was either a) clear student section, or b) remove Texas fan, so off he went. And this was like 3 hours before the game when the rest of the stadium was empty.

By the way: LSU doesn't stand a chance against UA.
