I would like democrats, libertarians, and republicans to try to come to some consensus on the 10 things they would change (within the bounds of law) if they had free reign over the country.
Please try to be serious.

I would go back to being a Constitutional sound system of government. I would let the states spend the money they save in federal taxes from utilizing the federal government as the means that were meant only (National Security). Then the states could become as (states also already decide this but rarely get where they want because of the fed tax burden) welfare or charity or police or whatever minded it wants with the savings they save from the less burden on federal taxes so ultimatley they would become with no more of a burden on the tax payers that they already are now, but with more control on where your tax dollars go to. I think the educational system would be in a hell of alot better shape when you know that the 10$ increase every tax payer in your state will be paying for that ballot measure you passed to fund education better. The money would be spent exclusivley on education or if that measure was passed for policing it would go to policing etc . The reason ballot measures to increase taxes never pass or rarely now is because of the existing tax burdens and both sides being pissed that they are paying for the other sides ideas (police, schools etc ). Well thats one thing I would change I have not even thought about nine more.
