Just what we need, another topic of politician bashing.

Was there something wrong with the other 15,000 topics on the same subject, or did you just think we needed another one for no particular reason?

Edit: Great. My post shows up first. Thanks, server.

he's a dim draft dodging frat boy, controlled by the treasonous karl rove, a man so debased he would betray his own nations convert intelligence agents for marginal political gain. his vp cheney is an insane ideologue incompetent who has played a role in 3 previous administrations not serving 2 terms. his defense secretary is a whiney old queen who has done all he could to cripple his miltary with arbitrary top down leadership and the alienation of all his senior military commanders.... what more could a commie ask for from a capitalist administration... four more years?

HELL YEAH four more years and we'll have our revolution!!!!!!!!!!

I really think people should stop complaining.
One of two things are going to happen shortly.
1. He doesnt get elected, no more Bush
2. He is elected, you have to deal with him for four more years, and then never see him again.

And I really doubt that anybody can successfully take over the world in four years.

but none of them are by ME with my unique prospective. i've in favor of electing the worse representative of the corrupt capitalist oligarchy, not the best. i don't wish to hide the contradiction and evil of the system. i want them illustrated in bold relief so that people with come to realize that its not a matter of electing the lesser of two evils, but of fundimentally changing the government and the nation...

by the way, if you don't like political threads why are you on an inherently political board like nationstates. this game's very nature is to experiment about how a state should be run. what do you want a board of mindless small talk and pg-13 cybering.

i thought about including him, but surprisingly the religious fanatic has been a relatively minor player in the bush show.

What blows my mind is that somehow ole George manages to lead the polls. I never realized how naive most Americans are

When the best the Dems can trot out to challenge Bush is John Kerry, what the hell do you expect? So, let's see. Bush is, without a doubt, vulnerable. And the Democrats offer up an unappealing nothing like John Kerry? Good grief!

The only think Kerry offers the voters is that he's not George Bush. That strategy simply doesn't work. Just ask Dole how well it worked for him back in 1996. A challenger has to give people something to vote for -- not against -- if he wants to drum up some strong support. Look at Reagan's campaign against Carter or Clinton's race against Bush Sr., for example.

Exactly. Hell of a mistake the Dems have made this time around, and it's something they could have avoided. One would almost think they want four more years of Bush.

It's funny how well Bush's strategy has worked. Even those that agree Bush is useless at best, and the most agressive, deceitful, and secretive president ever at worst, seem to be taking the Republicans' word on how bad Kerry is. Don't believe it! Listen to his testimony after the Vietnam War. Moving and brave.
