I want to thank everyone who posted.

For those of you who wanted some examples of the evidence I mentioned: I didn't post anything because there is too much to post and discuss.
I will try to answer some of the more important or common questions personally.

There is something I want people to consider. This idea, or line of thinking, came from the book "The Evidence that Demands a Verdict"

I could show you a lot of archeological evidence to prove that the Bible has never erred in its prophecies or historical information. I could show you someone who was healed by a miracle. An angel could appear to you, in reality, and say I was sent from God so you might believe in Him. Jesus Himself could appear to you and give you a hug, but none of this matters if you're not willing to believe. If you don't want to believe, you could say that I faked the archeological evidence, the people who witnessed the miracle are all lying, the angel and Jesus was a hologram or a figment of your imagination.
The point is: you are human. You are not all-knowing, all-powerful, all-present. To say that there is not a god in the entire universe, means that you must have knowledge of everything in the universe. You don't. This is where Agnosticism comes in. Agnosticism teaches that you can't prove that that there is, or is not, a god. The one flaw with Agnosticism is this claim: 'I know that reality is unknowable'. "...if it were true that reality cannot be known, no one, including Kant, would know it."

So the point of anything you do, or do not, believe, is whether you choose to believe it. I could show you tons of "evidence", but it all boils down to your choice to believe. I am simplying trying to encourage people to search for the truth and be open to believing.

I ask that you go to your library and check-out the book "The Evidence that Demands a Verdict". It is a refrence book, so you don't have to read the entire thing to get your answer. It quotes many other people and books. It also has a Bibliography for further answers and to back up what he (Josh McDowell) says.
