Hello. My successor has been laying low for a while, so I feel safe in coming out and telling you the truth that he never would have, because it would have put him out of a job.

First, I'll try to clear the air concerning certain coincidences you may have noticed.

1.) I was the fourteenth nation in the region of Forum 7.
2.) I arrived in the region the same day agent number 7 ceased to exist.
3.) I am ranked #7 in the regional rankings for Nicest Citizens today.
4.) My population is 7 million today.
5.) Parratoga has returned after a long absence.
6.) There are two new Forum Moderators.

I will just say that these are complete and utter coincidences that have no conspiracy behind them.
