A large mansion stands in the midst of a large wilderness, on a cliff. The whole estate is large and spacious with a private beach, and a stretch of forestry wilderness. There are pools, jacuzzis, hedge mazes, picnic areas, tennis courts, a polo field, and a croquet area. Everything so lavishly rich and servants await with all ameneties possible.

Inside...
There first is a grand and richly decorated hall, with priceless paintings, scuptures and magnificent chandeliers. Sweeping staircases ascend to the upper two stories. Several servants await at the ready. The multiple halls lead to...
the Study, where a large desk and several bookcases stand magnificently decorated,
to the Library filled with a huge collection of rare and priceless books on any topic imaginable
to the Dining hall large and filled with nothing but a huge long dining table, filled with servants scurrying about, arranging a grant feast
to the Ball Room with a elagant piano in the corner and much room for grand dances, and above hang unimagineably beutiful chandeliers of crystal and gold!
to the Billiard Room where a large pool table dominates the room
to the Card Room where pokeresque tables stand with dealers, cards, and chips at the ready
to the Living Room, which is filled with expensive leather couches embroided in golden thread
to the TV room where a large plasma tv dominates
to the game room where all sorts of games imagineable from pinball, to ping pong tables, to the board game Clue fill the various tables
to the Music Room where a state of the art surround sound fills the room with any music one should want to hear
to the Indoor Pool Room with jacuzzi and towels neatly arranged
to the elgant marble bathrooms where even the toilets are made of marble!

And up the stairs are countless bedrooms each more different than the first, each with its own theme ranging from futuristic to that of a hunting lodge.

Then stairs lead to the basement where servants live and scurry about in a hurry to prepare something or other. There is also the basement, kitchen and garage.


All participants of The House of Cards are welcome to relax in the mansion as they wait for more people to sign up.

*Goes to music room and puts on "Only a Fool Would Say That" throughout the house. Goes to Card Room and stuffs his pants with cards.*

*Drapes himself over a sun lounger on the lawn and asks a servant to bring him a jug of JD and coke, with a lot of ice. Smokes a cigar and listens to the clunk of mallet on ball.*

*Strolls into the card room for a game of blackjack.

Loses.*

*Walks into the entrance hall, suitcases in hand, and gapes at the finery around her. Liveried servants instantly buzz to her side, removing her coat and hat and taking her suitcases.*

This way, Madame.

*She follows the servant mutely up the stairs to her room, and murmurs her thanks as he takes his leave. She stares in awe for a moment at the lush draperies and linens, all in shades of cream and beige and rose. Her heels sink into the thick carpet as she crosses the room to the bureau. After unpacking, she takes a few moments to arrange her hair at the vanity and smooth the wrinkles from her white shirtwaist dress, then heads down the stairs.*

*She pauses briefly outside the billiard room and smiles to herself. She peers around, and seeing she's alone, she carefully selects a cue and chalks the tip. She racks up the balls and breaks them with a satisfying crack.*

*Remarks to the dealer:*

Sounds like someone enjoys breaking balls.

*Goes up to a painting by da Vinci; takes it off the wall and stuffs it in his pants.*

*Is impressed by the scale of Paxania's pants. Figures there can't be much else in there if he can fit the da Vinci in there.*

*Strides around the pool table, cue in hand, carefully eyeing up her shot. Then she leans over, aims her cue, sights in and...*

*At the sound of the butler's voice, she jumps up and lets out a small shriek. She then turns to see the butler and blushes furiously, but quickly tries to regain her composure.*

*She takes the small, cream-colored envelope from the butler, and notes her name on the front written in neat black script. She removes the card from the envelope, looks at its face, and smiles, muttering softly.*

The game is afoot.

*She slips the card back into the envelope and tucks it into her handbag, then goes back out into the main entrance hall, where she sees White Hats and Paxania. She smiles.*

More guests, I see. It's nice to meet you. I'm Luna. *Eyes Paxania and laughs softly.* And either that's a da Vinci in your pants, or you're very happy to see me...

Lovely to make your acquaintance, madame. *Gives sweeping bow*

*In kissing her hand, also lifts her watch*
