1 gigabyte of storage space
Extremely advanced Spam filter (So far I have only had one single incorrectly filed E-mail)
Efficient organization system, E-mails are automatically grouped into conversations so you can view one single set of correspondence at a time
Archive prevents you from ever needing to delete anything
Google Search is available to Search your own mail, so that you don't need to scroll through all your old E-mails.

Does Google still give users invitations to give out? I tried to get Gmail for two of my friends a while back, and finally ended up winning a "Guess the number" contest. I told them I'd give them both an invite. In the end, the bastard never sent me my invite despite my emailing him to remind him. -__-
If they don't give invites out with new accounts, just ignore my post. I don't want Gmail for myself, but I would like to make good on my promise.
Because I will trade one of MY gmail invites for one of yours.
invites are given out at random.
