First off the Imploded economy was a clue I might have been taking the micheal (which Kryozerkia picked up on). Desiderate was kinda spot on. This is misleading.I wanted to buy the USA so that i could chuck out all the kerry whackers and republicans. But i suppose a nation $7 trillion in debt would be worth much.I bid $7 for the USA can anyone beat that?

You will have to resign from the UN though before you can sell your nation. Otherwise the buyer may get in trouble if he/she has two nations both in the UN. Furthermore, I would suggest to whomever wins have some sort of legal document saying that Nag Ehgoeg may not accuse the buyer of hijacking his nation (which is mentioned in the rules). I'm sure you wouldn't do that, but it does sound like something someone could do.

If you are still considering selling to Rhyno D, let me make an offer that could get confussing. I will rasie my price offer by 20% more than what Rhyno D will pay. The confussing part comes in when his auto-bidder goes up $1. Every time that happens, my offer is auto-figured with the 20% increase. Depending on how fast Rhyno D's auto-bidder is, the price may explode quickly, but that is a risk my psychic advisor is willing to take.

Time to up the ante.
