is there any propoganda out there (especially from recent time) that is much like Moores?

I'm interested in how someone from the other side would structure a documentary.

Not precisely like Moore's, but I've heard of documentaries behind made showing the lies and deceits in Moore's film. I suppose that's the closest thing I know of to what you're looking for.

What lies? Moore can back up any statement he made in his film.

I think Ann Coulter would probably be the closest thing to a Republican version of Michael Moore; but not even she's THAT bad.

You are very close to being burned alive with flames.

Lord 'Haw-Haw', the British traitor during WW2 ... Quisling, the Norwegian traitor during WW2 .... Judas, well you know what he did!

Not quite the answer to the question, but these people had similar motives.

I always thought Moore was largely a response to consevative talk radio hosts. Moore did not originate that practice of what I believe is really just over-simplifiing politics, but he's gotten more press time, because what he says is close enough to the truth for other people to take him seriously, unlike Rush, Savage, O'Reily (sp?) and O'Brian.

Propaganda must have lies by definition. The right generally believe in the value of truth. The left will say and do anything to further thier agenda and gain power. The right (center, really) doesn't need to engage in propaganda. The truth will out.

Wizards First Rule: "People will believe any lie if they want it to be true or if they fear that it is true." See also: Goebbels, Moore

what a narrowminded view of truth

even the mere presumption that you have any idea what is close to right

Its funny, in my more honest moments, I'm inclined to believe the exact opposite. The fact you would say this without blinking is nothing short of ironic.

Isn't that kinda a contradition in terms? Like saying "if this water was as hot as it is cold..."
