Is it just me, or does anybody else find those little signature things (iLock, iDeat, *does the lockomotion*) to be very snotty and anoying(sp?)? Every time I see one I want to bash my keyboard against my monitor untill I forget about it or get distracted by that shiny thing in the kitchen...

I think that they are rather cute: Give a childe some power, and then they get cute with it.

iLock was funny up until I discovered the outrageous price of an iPod, and now it just reminds me of hundreds of dollars that I DO NOT have!

YES! Finally someone else noticed. Back in my day... when I was mod, mods would track you down in real life and smack you... Yeah I went to many places to smack people for doing something wrong.... I smacked someone all over the world almost. Luckily Max Barry paid for each trip everymod made... Now with so many mods... Mr. Barry can't afford to send every mod to smack someone for getting out of line...

What a damn shame...

Okay, I posted on a couple of threads in the moderation forum, and posted a statement as well, 'Killjoy Mod Bums Me Out.'

I'm now angry, bored and bummed out all at the same time. What's the point, it's not like anything'll happen, other than some pontificating mod will descend from on high to chide me, or delete me.

I'm tempted to just get lost myself, but it's equally tempting to stand my ground. But again, what's the point? There's no level playing field here. Mods can do as they please, while we must also do as...they...please.

It's arrogant more than anything, if you ask me. It just them either flounting power, or depressing that they actually think up phrases to delete things with.

Its good when you have a signature phrase for moving and deleting/locking, but when you just start going through them, its just irritating
