One of my friends was an extreme Kerry supporter and it always puzzled me why because he was against gay marriage, loved to hunt, and he liked guns. Then not to far back in his favorite hunting magazine, he read John Kerrys gun control policys and now hes a Bush supporter.
And I also knew a guy that I went hunting with several times who was a Clinton supporter and one day I asked him "Why do you support Clinton, you are for none of the issues he is for" and he said " Oh you don't understand Clinton just says he for does things, hes not really for them".

What a dumb reason to support or not support a President. Also, I hope your frined is aware that Kerry is an avid hunter?

Yeah, what kind of fascist british gay faggot nazi freedom-hater wants to control our rights to carry lethal instruments? What if the king of England comes and starts to king me and my family, what if I don't have a gun then? When they take away our right to carry an object designed and constructed to take the life of another human being, they take away our right to live the american dream!

if you support kerry, you are just as bad for misinformation, the media twists both sides to create a mininformed, scared and uneducated mass.

That would be true in a perfect world. But what happens when a robber comes to your house in the middle of the night. Without a gun he comes in shoots you steals you daughters and your valuebles. With a gun he breaks down you door pulls out his weapons and you blow him away. And do you not believe in the constitution. The 2nd ammendment is the RIGHT to bear arms, if they take it away why have the 1st ammendment or a constitution, and while we are at it why not just give the country to some left wing commie. Gun control will be the begining of the end.

Or he comes in, sees you going for your gun and shoots you dead rather than coming in, threatoning you, taking some stuff and leaving. If someone pulls a gun on you, whether you're armed or not, they'll still be shooting long before you've managed to get your gun out.

Yes because britain has practically banned all guns and the commies are due to take over any second now...

The robber would probably not be armed if it wren't for the second ammendment. Of course, you could always say that "if guns are outlawed, only outlaws will carry guns" and all, but if guns were restricted the production of guns would be reduced and thus it would be harder (for the robber) to get hold of a gun.

And it would be easier to track a gun with less gun in circulation, if I'm not misstaken, especially since there would be less retailers. I think.

lmfao, steals your daughters, thats hilarious
1) you assume the robber has a gun
2) you assume kerry wants to ban all guns, guess what: Yes, the 2nd amendment protects the right to bear arms..for a well regulated militia. and if you want to argue that everyone cosntitutes a militia, look up the definition, and look emphasize well regulated. any NRA gun nut is NOT the well regulated militia. and there are guns you dont need: you do not personally need a kalishnikov nor a m80.
this pisses me off too much to sit here in this topic arguing with an obvious simpleton, i will start my own topic instead of jacking moron thread here

I agree it's misinformation, to quote Bill Clinton, "When people think, the Democrats win"

I agree it's misinformation, to quote Bill Clinton, "When people think, the Democrats win"
but to quote Adlai Stevenson
"That [all thinking people] isn't enough. I need a majority ..."
