I can't believe I'm doing my science expo project on 'The Water Waste of Drinking Fountains'. How am I going to find a consultant for this project? Anyone want to pretend to be a expert at drinking fountains?

Only around 35% of water that passes threough drinking fountains is actually consumed, the rest goes to handwashing, spraying at passers by or just wasted when someone holds the button with their mouth nowhere near it.

Maybe I can put you in contact with my uncle, he does something with water in his line of occupation.

The flouride content of drinking fountain water is enough to decimate a bloodline after 100 generations.

It's cycled. There are tons of things in buildings that don't require 100% sanitary water, such as toilets...and sometimes there are sinks designated for janitors to fill up their mop buckets with or whatever, and I'm pretty sure it's cycled.

Lets hope they dont get the pipes crossed. I would hate to take a piss, then drink it in the fountain outside the bathroom. ;)

There is a reason they charge for bottled water.

Speaking of bottled water...
Does anyone know where "The Ozarks" are? Well, let me help you. The Ozarks are in SW Missouri and NW Arkansas essentially...
There is a bottled water company called "Ozarko Water" or maybe it's Ozarka or something...
Anyway, the water is bottled in Texas.

Ironic you said that, my father was in the Coast Gaurd and my uncle was in the Navy.

However, but he works for a private company now. I believe it's a water treatment company. He lives in Oregon, and I know he worked on a project researching Hanford nuclear facility and it's effect on the Columbia.
