Does ANYONE like these guys? Honestly, I think they're terrible and if someone wants to debate this...bring it on...

I've never heard of them.
That's impressive. Of course, you hate them anyways because they get rich by exploiting the working class.

Stop making threads about awful music.

They performed in front of thousands of baying Slayer fans at Download Festival in their trademark suits and ties. Whatever you might think about their music, you have to admit they have guts...!

It's fecking good rock 'n roll punk. Never seen any band EVER on stage with so much energy (quality is a different question :p)

The suit and tie thing is in a roundabout way a reason I don't like them.

They say the suit and tie thing is an intelligence check or something like that. The people who are willing to look past their outfit are the people who will be open enough to take the music for what it is...here's my question: Why don't they just not make themselves so visible? I like lots of artists that I've no idea what they look like. It's asinine to worry about people who judge artists based of what they look like. Additionally, don't they want to sell lots of CDs and have lots of fans...? And by dressing in a stereotypical outfit, don't they attract a whole group of people simple because of how they dress?

I like their music.......sorry.
Because it's unoriginal and they managed to rip good songs.

Let's look at the exteme other side: If you could not see them at all, why bother to go to their shows? They might as well put on a CD...

But seeing the band is not a requierment of liking them. I've NEVER seen a member of Tool, but I like their music A LOT.

Listen to Die, All Right or Back in Black and tell me those are 100% original.

what music of today IS still 100% original?

Well, if you listen to either one of those songs, there isn't even an attempt at originality...

Listen to 3 songs (if even that much) of AC/DC and all other AC/DC songs will be un original...

I know the Hives. I've seen 'em twice. I've got the CD Veni Vidi Vicious. Original is not what they are, but I like the way they play "unoriginal" songs
