and America,
Our planet is facing tremendous challenge, unprecedented treachery and an uncertain future. The most important presidential election in the last four years is fast approaching and the decision we make as an electorate could not be more important. There is a clear choice to be made, yet it takes money, lots of money, to get out the information for people to make an informed decision.
That is why I could no longer just sit back and just be a spectator. I knew there was something more that could be done, nay, had to be done. I contacted the good people at MoveOnPlease, who have shown themselves to be nothing short of heroic in their efforts to collect donations so that
they could afford to collect even more donations. I asked them if there was something I could do to help. Actually I asked them that right after I asked if I could crash at their place for a couple nights.
They told me that other 527 websites had celebrities exhorting donations by auctioning their old clothes and autographs. I told them I really didn’t have anything to give, but myself. And they said that would be perfect. So it is that I, in collaboration with MoveOnPlease.org, will this week place myself on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1469&item=5516418012&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW) to the highest bidder.
It’s the least this celebrity we can do for America.
