mid 20s somewhere I think. I'm not sure of my exact weight atm, so I can't work it out. I'd be more interested to know my body fat level. BMI means fuckall if you're an athlete.

If I recall correctly my BMI is just into the range of obesity. 30.5 Oddly enough, upon looking at me noone would even think me mildly overweight, let alone obese. Even my doctor says there's no way I could be considered obese. I'm 6 feet tall and 225 pounds.

You're closer to underweight than overweight. Anywhere between 20 and 25 is fine.

and I'm 43 years old, can still run a 6 minute mile and have an 'at rest' HR of 60. Both those later two stats are a better indication of my fitness than my BMI.

My BMI is 26.8 ... but that doesn't take all into account ... I'm 6'4", yes, but my 220 pounds is musle, not fat.

BMI is an index only for city dwelling pansies who never did an honest day's work in their lives.
