You can make it. Search on Google for 'Exploding Paste'. I just don't like it because it's deceptive - you see some paste and think 'Mmm paste' and then it explodes.

Attention-seekers and the people who pay attention to them.

I get pissed off by people who walk onthe bike paths when I'm riding along them. They act like sheep. They don't pay attention to what is happening around them and they step in front of me. Especially around the beach. Drivers(mostly foreigners from asian countries) who run stop signs and red lights piss me off. It takes to much effort to flick off an asian women when they haven't been in the country long enough for them to understand what it means.

I agree especially when they aren't even going the speed limit... I really don't think people think of it as the passing lane anymore.... I think I remember my dad saying something about in Pennsylvania you can get a ticket for driving in the passing lane but not sure... it would be nice.
