Australia is planning to buy cruise missile technology. The Aussies say they want to use cruise missiles to replace aging aircraft in their arsenal in the anti-shipping, and precision surface attack capacity. Indonesia and other south east asian nations are upset about this development. Mostly because they don't have the defensive infrastructure to detect and shoot down cruise missiles reliably. I don't see what the big deal is. It's not like Australia is planning to annex Sumatra or something. What are your thoughts?
