Its another one of TLS' Technology Based Polls again! Oh goody!
I just want to know what you guys think of MMORPGS and what the best one is.
My personal Favorite would have to be EvE-Online, Followed Closely by Final Fantasy XI, and then Anarchy Online(Three of the Largest Games on the Market).
EvE-Online is one of the best MMORPGS because it ISNT like a regular MMORPG. If you want to Hack, Slash, and then dance on a bad guys corpse, this game isnt for you. There is fighting, and tons of it, but its not the core of this game. The core of this game is its universe, which is actually the LArgest of Any MMORPG ever. You can amass a fortune by mining, become a renowned Bounty hunter, found a mega corporation that makes billions of ISK(the games money) making and selling soda bottles(im not joking!), sell slaves on the black market in exchange for high-tech weapondry, or a little of each. This games economy is driven by the PLAYERS, so it adds alot of uniqueness to the game already. The Graphics will just blow your socks off. The music also is excelent, perfect for the game(the music is laid back and relaxing, yet its exiting and powerful. A good combination.). Im not the only person who thinks this game is the best, too! If you dont trust me, go to www.mmorpg.com , make a FREE account, then look around until you find "Free 14 day pass for EvE-online". You wont be dissapointed (unless, of course, your one of those hack-and-slash types. Although, the game is a bit boring at first, but if you join a player made organization, the game gets a WHOLE lot better.
