Thanks to my fiber pills I defecate regularly every morning. I sit there with the newspaper, a pack of Camels, black coffee, and a bowl of fruit. It starts the day off right.

Now there is sick. and i know sick. My cousins my sister.

No I live in a nice home here in the country. Not a mental home by the way.
