Life - What does it mean?

Without using reglion as a crutch, I want you to tell me what life means to you.

Life doesn't have a beginning or an end; this is just one of our many incarntions. This is a life where we are able to think and reason about our existance and make our own choices based on our knowledge and not because we are pawns of a greater force.

Our souls are each a life force of their own, which venture from body to body.

So what is life? I believe life is irrelevant and it's a concept invented by humans to explain this existance that we live. We are just spirits who have taken on a form until we are ready to move on.

Life doesn't mean anything. That would be like asking what "stone" or "fridge" or "wall" mean. Granted, they have literal definitions - but these serve to do nothing more than explain the base elements of each.

Just my opinion.

I beleive life has to do with tolerance, tolerance for the abortionist that is killing little jimmy by sucking him up in a vaccum (even though I disagree with it, I know alot of Americans agree with it, so it is a right) And tolerance for cletis and his gun toting buddies (as long as they are safe it is a constitutional right) I think tolerance is the only way to achieve a true diverse nation, otherwise its only the flavors we prefer and thats not diversity.

Life means seeking knowledge and happiness and helping others find knowledge and happiness to me.

Personally, life means getting the best time you can out of it. I have my doubts about getting a second chance, and I'm pondering on whether heaven even exists. (I've got this theory that heaven is just synaptic flashes in your brain when you die, because it can still create electricity after death.) The only thing really holding me back is time, which is just about the only thing humanity hasn't learned how to control. Moral of the story: Live life the best you can.

The meaning of life is simple: To be good at the start, sucky towards the end, and to end.

“Great institutions seem to have a life of their own, independent of those who run them” thats true to what people see as patriotism to ones country right there. Doesnt matter who runs the country, if you let the person bring you down, then you really were never that patriotic to begin with. Thats why it makes me laugh when someone says I am ashamed of my nation for electing kerry or bush or whoever, they are some sorry ass patriots.

It dossent mean anything rely. Life just is! Were biological carbon baced lifeforms capable of an sertan lvl of self avarenes and interaction whit the things that suround us. The only purpouse we have in natures eyes is to live long enougth to brede and make sure that our offspring survive. What we do becides from pasing on our genes to the next generation dont rely serve any purpose if it´s not purly to survive, is rely up to eatsh induvidual to decide and fill whit an purpose. Some people fill this whit pacefiers like drugs or religion, some whit creative thinking others whit creatve production. Either way the only purpose we truly have is what we decide we want to do and what we can do!

In the beginning, God created the earth, and he looked upon it in His cosmic loneliness. And God said, "Let Us make living creatures out of mud, so the mud can see what We have done." And God created every living creature that now moveth, and one was man. Mud as man alone could speak. God leaned close as mud as man sat up, looked around, and spoke. Man blinked. "What is the purpose of all this?" he asked politely.

"Everything must have a purpose?" asked God.

"Certainly," said man.

"Then I leave it to you to think of one for all this," said God. And He went away.

i dont think there's an actual meaning to life... i mean, everyone's gonna have their own intepretation 'cause everyone's life isn't the same... and to me, i really don't care what life means 'cause it's only based on the opinions and experiences people have in their lives.
