Yes, after I heard this song for the first time, I realised Metallica had lost the plot. Unfortunately, I didn't realise at the time the depths they would sink to.

There are nearly two different bands named Metallica.
The one of yesterday, who were probably the Beatles of modern heavy metal,
and made some truly great music such as their opus album "Master of Puppets".
and then...
We have the Metallica of today, who produced "St. Anger" wich is probably one of the worst Heavy Metal albums (if you can even call it metal anymore) Ive heard in at least a decade.
"Enter Sandman", was the clear signal to Metallica fans at the time, that the best music from that group had already been written.
Its been downhill from there, hasnt it?
