Just to stir the subjects away for a sec...

Basicely, which one is better?

Processor and Memory:
Processor: Intel Pentium-M 1.5GHz Banias CPU
Chipset: North Bridge: 82855PM; South Bridge: 82801DBM (ICH4)
Memory: Two DIMM Slots (512MB DDR Module occupying One Slot)
BIOS: ROM4MB

Are you sure? This one only has 256ram

I'd go for the second one. You can always upgrade RAM.
