"Our enemies are cunning and resourceful; and so are we. Our enemies are doing everything they can to destroy America; and so are we"
Im serious he really said that. Barely got covered in the US, but was all over Irish TV. And they say media censorship ended in a Berlin bunker in 1945!?!

Sorry about that, i hate when people compare modern situations to Nazis, its almost always exaggarrated and way too easy. Oh yeah, heres another o which he said during his presidential campaign in 2000, when reporters used to ask him "challenging" foreign policy questions.
Reporter: Who is the president of Pakistan?
George W Bush: The ummmm.... The General
REporter: General Who? (he was talking about General Pervez Musharraf)
George W Bush: The General General... (walks off) :headbang:

We actually misnamed the war on terror, it ought to be the 'struggle against ideological extremists who do not believe in free societies who happen to use terror as a weapon to try to shake the conscience of the free world.'

DUBYA: Yeah -- tribal sovereignty means that, it's sovereign. It's -- you're a -- you're a -- you've been given sovereignty, and you're -- viewed as a sovereign entity. [Laughter emanates from the audience]
REPORTER: Okay.

It reads like a mystery, a novel. It's well written.

Ehh, don't be so sensitive. One can actually enjoy those fumbles just because they are funny - regardless of who said them.

For your pleasure, check some of His Royal Hernia, The Duke of Edinborough, Prince Phillip of England:

"If it has four legs and is not a chair, has wings and is not an aeroplane, or swims and is not a submarine the Cantonese will eat it." (1986)

Asked a Scottish driving instructor "How do you keep the natives off the booze long enough for them to pass the driving test?"

Told a group of deaf school children at a fund raising event standing next to a Jamaican steel drum band "Deaf? No wonder you are deaf standing so close to that racket."

To the President of Nigeria, who was dressed in traditional Muslim robes, "You look like you're ready for bed!"

During a visit to Cairns Aboriginal park;
"Do you still throw spears at each other?"

Addressing British students during a 1986 visit to China
"If you stay here much longer you'll all be slitty-eyed.''

Comment made during a particularly bad recession in Britain in 1981
"Everybody was saying we must have more leisure. Now they are
complaining they are unemployed."

I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force -- if necessary -- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security." - 10/9/02

You know what else I think? You know what else I think when they say, tax the rich? Most rich people are able to avoid taxes, and if you can't raise enough money from taxing the rich, guess who pays the taxes? Yes, you do.
-- Dubya explains his tax priorities by portraying the concept of taxing the rich as a pipe dream. I guess we might as well drop their rate to 0%. Albuquerque, New Mexico, Aug. 11, 2004

Pennsylvania's unemployment rate is 5.1 percent. That's good news for people who are trying to find jobs.
-- It's not exactly good news until those people have found jobs, Dubya. Smoketown, Pennsylvania, Jul. 9, 2004

This economy of ours is steady and strong. It's steady and strong. It's steady and strong, which means people are going back to work.
-- You are getting very sleepy... Washington, D.C., Jul. 2, 2004

We have overcome a recession. That means things are going backwards.
-- Dubya seems intent on burning this meaningless phrase into the ground, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mar. 26, 2004

If you're working all your life to build up your small business, and you want to leave it whoever you want to leave it to, they shouldn't -- that asset shouldn't be taxed twice, shouldn't tax your income when you're making money, and shouldn't tax it when you pass it on to your son, daughter, whoever you want to pass it on to, it doesn't make -- we're working with the Congress to get rid of it.
-- Wow, Dubya proposes to eliminate all income tax (as long as you're making money, at least), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Oct. 3, 2003

Higher productivity means that workers earn more.
-- I always thought it meant something different, but I guess I've learned something here, Richfield, Ohio, Sep. 1, 2003

Worker productivity accelerated last year at the fastest rate in more than a half century. This higher productivity means our workers receive higher wages.
-- I'm looking for a justification for that conclusion (I'll let you know when I've found it), Washington, D.C., Aug. 30, 2003

As you know, we don't have relationships with Iran. I mean, that's -- ever since the late '70s, we have no contacts with them, and we've totally sanctioned them.
-- With the small exception of those secret arms sales to Iran in the 1980s, but who's counting, right? Annandale, Virginia, Aug. 9, 2004

Two-and-a-half years ago -- or two years ago, this nation came under enemy attack.
-- Sure, he corrected himself, but how could he get this wrong one day after the 2nd anniversary? Fort Stewart, Georgia, Sep. 12, 2003

It seems odd that with all the history it contains, this great building went more than a century without a name befitting its dignity. We've solved that problem today, and we've solved it once and for all. This building now bears the name of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
-- Actually, the Dwight D. Eisenhower Executive Office Building has been called by this name since Nov. 1999, when President Clinton signed the bill into law, Washington, D.C., May 7, 2002

I can laugh at others in a funny way, not mean, I can laugh at myself,
IM no good at joke telling. Not a quote but a bad joke - Santa-Nita Bush,
I have an intresting Clinton joke story coming, so one for Bush and one
for Clinton to be fair, remenber I admit bad.

I put commas between words after space , I mispel words , I admit
my punctuations are awful , . There is a rumor going oround Santa- Nita,
from a credible witness that the now President 20 years ago in shool
was taking a test, rewrite the sentences placing the verb here, the adjective
there, noun here etc, etc, had nothing on his paper, time was running out,
decided the best thing to do was rewrite the sentences the best way they
sound to him and forget the verb here, the adjective there , the noun here,
and he got an A on the test, told the teacher and you should have seen
the look on her face, she did not like it. These revelations are causing
trouble mainly in Santa- Nitas Parliment calling for the Vice Presidents
resignation, how did he ever get elected President with 90 percent voter
turnout and 77.78 Percent of the vote, for 70 Percent of the Nations support,
but then agiain there is George W.
I have a story joke on Clinton I heard so I figured be fair to both sides.
Ps. I am a Republican I have my reasons and Democrats have their reasons
in a democracy.

President Carlos A Cruz favorite subjects in shool, Math, History, Geography,
