Wow.... 2,000 odd varieties of Dim Sum, and all you could offer was TWO rice dishes, spring rolls, and shrimp?

Why no steamed chicken feet? No octopus balls?

Errr..... nevermind! lol.

Octopuses (Octopi?) have balls? Jeez the giant squid ones must be bloody enormous!

Has anyone had steamed chicken feet? I did once (not bad, but not enough meat and too many bones) but couldn't get over the idea that they looked like little mutant baby hands.

Hmmmm....stick rice tops the list. Like unwrapping a christmas present, filled with yummy li'l goodies..

Though of course the fried taro balls are sooo tasty...and the turnip pancakes, with a li'l plum sauce...or maybe a choshu bao, you know, those baked BBQ pork buns.... ohhh gods, yall are making me hungry damnit!

Chicken feet. They looked awful, and yes, you actually eat and pick your teeth at the same time with all those little bones. But I had to try 'em.

Kinda like the first time I was somewhere they were serving alligator.

I only draw the line anywhere that serves bugs. ...

I was going to say 'why don't you use the AltaVista Babel Fish translator?' but I got the following:
燒賣 - Shrimp stuffed dumpling (ok that one I understand)
珍珠雞 - Pearl chicken (hmm pearl?)
豆腐花 - Jellied bean curd (Doesn't sound too apetitizing but I'd give it a go)
叉燒包 - The fork gets a swelled head (Something's not working quite right woth the translator I think)
馬拉糕 - pulls the cake (I hope 'pulling' has a different meaning in China than it does in the West or else that's one sticky, salty cake!)

And if you put them all in at once, you get:
"The shao mai pearl chicken jellied bean curd fork burns the draft horse to pull the cake"
Which almost makes sense in a weird sort of way. I feel sorry for the poor draft horse though.
