Well?
I'm thinking Battlefield 1942. Sure, it was a pretty awesome game. But I beat both campaigns on my friend's laptop at an overnight LAN at my house. Let me clarify--it was one night of gameplay, albeit damn good gameplay. And sure, you can play any game more than once, but for the same price you could get a game like Ninja Gaiden for Xbox where the graphics are just as good, if not better, the cutscenes look better than TV, the gameplay is incredible, the enemies and bosses are hard and numerous enough to make you want to tear your console apart and it lasts for many a week.
Battlefield was cool, but for what it's worth you could get something better.
I would've chosen the Final Fantasy series. Once you've released 3 titles that have the exact same name, it's getting tiresome. Which one are they releasing now? Ten? Twelve? This is like those Land Before Time movies. How many are they going to churn out before people realize they're buying the same game over and over again?
Splinter Cell was awesome for everything but GBA, which totally sucked. It had no redeeming qualities whatsoever. All of the levels were exactly the same. If you haven't bought it, don't.
