I think they are. If the regime is brutal and especially if it's genocidal.

Well I would support America no matter who it invaded but yes wars of liberation are good.

It depends on three things:
1)Do the people want it?
2)Who will replace the current ruler?
3)What is the purpose of the war of liberation? If it is only to depose one dictator in place of another (i.e., Batista with Castro)?
