The USA, of course.

What i'd do?
Nationalise all businesses, make all weapons illegal, disband the army, navy and airforce, as well as all intelligence agencies, and enjoy the what happens next...

America's to big, I would pick the small guy then build until I emerge as a world power! Wait, thats in video games....

Alright, I'd become President, then hypnotise Congress and the state legislatures to do my bidding. ;-) I'd then proceed with my conservative policies that make life better!

I would rule the Faroe Islands, and turn them into a world superpower!

United States of America, simply because it has the most influence and power, therefore I'd be able to most effectively implement what I believe....

Once in power, I'd pour billions into a research project that proves witches are made of wood.

Okay, no, I'd impose a system that would (over the course of a decade or so) drain virtually all money from so called "social welfare" programs, with the exception of Education. Taxes would also be changed to a flat income tax rate. Excess money from cutting all that social spending would be put into education, military spending, and environmental protection (odd from a extremist right-wing huh?)

Ahhh too lazy to get detailed....

I'd rule my home nation of Canada, and I'd increase social programs tremendously and tax the rich.

With no military I'd like to see you enforce that said weapons ban...those things would probably bring on revolution...

I'd probably make a Greater China entity. Probably act with the US, the EU, and Russia to start carving up the world.

About a dozen thousand people on a small island out in the Pacific. It would be like playing SimCity, but only really dumb.
It wouldn't matter though, because the only real purpose of the government would be to hold the monthly Muffin King Parade (A parade to the infinite greatness that is me and/or muffins) and to enforce the only law in the country. That is, the law making Ralph Nader the National Animal, Mineral, Vegetable, Flower, Anthem, Motto, and whatever else I can think of in my time off from the Mufffin King Parade.

I'd rule Belgium. Because you don't mess with Belgium. In fact, you don't mess with anyone, because Belgium WILL find out.

I'd run Australia. Then add a few of the small Pacific nations that can't afford to keep running... until I own the Pacific.
