My ventures into the world of the Swifties.

The Black Forrest

I have been hanging around the Swift Boat Veterns for Truth site for awhile.

It's been intresting to say the least

My observations:
1) Heavily Conservative.
2) Parties are mixed by I think the predominate is Republican and Libeterians.
3) I am not sure the RNC or even Bush guide this group. It may be the intent of the donars but I think the end goal is no Kerry.
4) Some of their claims are rather provocative and I can see why the Military does not like him.
5) The "liberal media" claims are all over the place.
6) Primary sources of review are Rush, Savage, and the Blond skank(I dislike her so I won't use her name). Surprisingly they are pissed at O'Reilly.
7) They have a campaign to get the ads and the Swifties on their shows.
8) There are claims the democrats are tyring to keep them off the air.
9) They paint a belivable counter story to Kerry's "heroism."
10) They do dog the oposition.
11) One difference between here and there is the fact they regularly make comments about liberals, socialists, and the like. At least here you don't get "you know those damn Neo-cons" all the time.
12) Easily offended.
13) They do allow counter points as long as you are polite and don't go into shrub bashing. They view the site as to be about Kerry.
14) You can get info about the differnece between the guard and regular army(Was the shrub really AWOL?).
15) Many of the people are like here. Their voting is basically anybody but Kerry. Many supported other candidates like Edwards....
16) O'Neil the so called Nixon Republican attack dog is and was a registered democrat.
17) TV is going to run the debate for 1971 between Kerry and O'Neill. Worth a watch....
18) Kerrys book from the 70s is actually selling for 2500 US. A friggen trade paper back. It will collapse hard after the elections.

They probably will hurt Kerry with the military vote. Taht includes families, active, retired, basically the undecideds in that relm will probably switch to the Shrub.

For many and even I have conflicts of voting for a commander and chief whose portrat hangs in the war museum of Viet Nam.

I really don't like this election. I can't stand the Shrub but I am not really a fan of Kerry.

Side note: I heard Obama talk in an radio interview. Damn that man might very well be the first black President.

Alan Keyes is a wanker! Heard him too. Oh for the Southern Contingent. He referenced the "evil" Lincoln several times for his views on things. ;)
