selling them makes you guilty of 'criminal obscenity'. so does possessing 6 of them.

The thing is, it's beautiful land, and since no one much wants to live here, it's relatively empty. (New Mexico, not Texas.)
The deal with stealing water is because when there's a bad drought, we dam up the Rio Grande a bit to water our fields and keep people alive, and then Texas and its big money comes in and sues us for not letting enough water through to West Texas. Being a poor state, we instead go on water rationing and dehydrate. Asshats...

You know, I can spend all day trash talking every state of the union, and every nation on Earth, as many of you are doing. I cannot help that a large percentage of Texans are 'strange'. But stop a second. Think about all of the bad things I can say about you and your home, as many of you are doing to MY adopted home. So watch this.
"California is the illegitimate state. Nuts and fruits down in H-Ashbury. You know, many people would honestly not care if the San Andreas fault cracked, and all of you gay socialists go live where there is no sunlight, forever."

I live in a suburb of Dallas. Those stores are blatant about their existance. The radio is filled with such ads that I cannot listen at night with anyone young around.
As for their legality, I think it goes on by county or city. There are no such stores in Frisco, but they are everywhere in Dallas itself.

Ever been in those places in Texas? All the packaging seems to say "Monster Kong Dildo!" and "Ribbed Anal Love Beads" and "Realistic Vibrating Pussy" ....
Just to make sure I wasn't insane, I called two places ...
Call #1: Trooper Michael Kilnsman of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). I asked if sex toys were illegal in the State of Texas or if there was a limit on the number of sex toys an individual could own. He said, "Ummmm ... no, not at all ... but thanks for the oddest question I've had today."
Call #2: A prominant adult sex shop in my area (manager asked that I not name the store on the internet because he didn't want to be bothered with annoying phone calls). I asked the same questions. He said, "No, of course, not. How could I be in business if such things were illegal?" I then asked about dildos and limits and he said, "You can buy everything in my stock if you like and cart it home in a U-Haul. There is no limit on the amount you can buy and I don't have to use goofy names like they use in head shops."
So .... sorry kids ... but with the repeal of all sodomy laws by the US Supreme Court came freedom of owning 100 14" Kong Dongs.
