Who is your favourite bad guy?

Just because I’m bored I thought I would start a spam/whatever thread so here we go. Who is your favourite bad guy?
Mine would have to be Jafar from Aladdin then of course Hannibal is up there. and my third choice will be Scar simply because of his singing talent.

Darth Vader was a pretty good bad guy, although I'd have to say Jafar is the greatest bad guy i can think of at the moment. Gotta love that moustache!

I'd have to say Darth Vader as well. Knives was bad, but Vader is just hard to beat.
Real life bad guy, Stalin. He knew how to keep people in line. fictional bad guy Ted Knight's character in Caddy Shack. A real racist, classist asshole that's fun to hate.

Darth Vader takes the cake in this one, I think.
1) He chokes incompetent subordinates to death using only his mind.
2) That black suit. Intimidating, in a word.
3) James Earl Jones' voice.
But real life guys, well. Stalin may have kicked major ass and been one heck of an evil dictator, but Hitler has more comedic value (particularly the mustache) so I vote Hitler.
Animated bad guys:Orochimaru from Naruto kicks ass. Come on, you can't beat giant snakes. Plus his Voldemort/Micheal Jackson look.
Other not-real-life-but-not-animated bad guys: Darth Vader, hands down.
Real life bad guys:Hitler. As horrible as the guy was, the things he did provided lots of useful emphusieums(sp?) for anything overly strict, evil, etc.

thats my final opinion, as for Real life bad guys, it would be better if hitler launched his Blitzkreig on Poland while singing Be Prepared.

Okay, my three favorite bad guys from a book are:
Honsou (SP)
Forrix
and The Warsmith (Who is obviously the coolest and is the base for one of my characters though that same character is infleunced by Forrix.)
I'll make a conservative bet and say none of you have any idea who I'm talking about. If it helps they are all from the same book...
From a movie my favorite bad guy has to be that stoner that played Hitler in The Producers. He ruined it for the main characters and nearly got them killed.
From real life my favorite bad guy has to be Joseph Stalin.
