This is just a thread for all things music related, like what kinda instruments you're playin, what styles you're into, bands to check out, the works.
I play guitar and bass, and do a bit of vocals, I'm not currently in a band. I'm all about rock, and funk and reggae. And right now I'm really into 311 and Incubus

Classical piano, jazz piano, concertina, violin (fiddle, really), some guitar (not too good yet), learning mandolin.
What have I done with all this other than piss away my first few years in undergrad? Well, I was in a Prince tribute band...
I was watching Trigun and one of the bad guys could inflict pain by playing his saxophone. Can I learn to do that?

i'm 16, have been singing for as long as i can remember (singing in choirs since 2nd grade), play a little bit of guitar, bass, keyboard, and recorder. i write a ton of songs and stuff, but every band i've tried to put together has never worked out. i'm into basically all types of music except most rap.
