i never took politics in school (it clashed with economics) but i was always rather curious about the party whips used in british politics. it always bothered me how these peoples function in our goverment was to make the individual who weve elected obey the party policies, i elected this person infact my entire community elected this person for the reason we best thought they represented our views and would make decisions based on these views. but yet our system allows these people to be harassed and bullied into line completely invalidating our views, how is this democracy? surely these people are merely making us a liberal dictatorship.

The three line whip is one of the biggest travesties of justice there is.
