I would think it was a cult and exploit their strange cultish beliefs by having them give me all of their money and then I'd offer them Kool-Aid(tm) and run away.

Or

I'd snicker and go on with my life.

It would depend on the reason and the color. I would like a country where
everybody wore green for the environment.

I'd be like, "Hey! Everyone is wearing the same color!"

Then go stare at something shiney.

Honestly, I wouldn't care. It isn't the clothes that a person wears that makes them a unique individual. It's how the person acts and treats other people that really sets him/her apart from the crowd.

I'm really tired of people who "refuse to conform" and run to the nearest Hot Topic(or similiar store) to make themselves unique. Of course, by running to Hot Topic and buying clothes there, they are only conforming to another ideal. They go and find hang out with people who look just like them, and treat others like they're some kind of disgusting monster. Just like the people they try not to be. It's hypocritical really.

Here's how you truly be unique, different, and excerise your individuality:

Dress like everyone else. Act like you.

And now, a word from your sponsors: ... ... hi.

I'd react by wearing an outfit of almost every color but, and then draping differently-colored scraps of cloth over random people.

If I only saw a few people that day, like three or less, I wouldn't notice. If I saw a slightly larger group, I'd assume they were up to some sort of gathering that I would quickly ignore. However, if I noticed that just about everyone else was wearing the same color, I'd do what I could to not be wearing that color, even if it meant going through dirty laundry. There are three exceptions. One is if the color was very similar or equal to my jeans, because all of my non-jeans pants are for formal occasions, and make me feel as if I'm conforming beyond what I can comfortably handle. The second is if I'd get in serious trouble for not wearing that color, at which case I'd loudly protest the unhealthy restriction on personal freedom (to the extent at which I know I can get away with doing so). The third is if I don't have enough clothes with me to change into something that doesn't show the commonly worn color, because I'm too lazy to go all the way to go to a different building for the purpose of changing my outfit.

In a DODs (Department of Defense) school in Germany:

Three girls, who were friends, accidentally all wore a red shirt on the same day. It wasn't planned at all, just coicidence. They were suspended by the principle for "gang activities."
