How do you shut down a group like the ALF which in order to be a member of you only need carry out an animal liberation action in accordance with a specific set of guidelines? There is no list of members, and members don't neccesarily know any other members? They knew what they were doing when they instigated the way it operated.

The Steel Legion's claim that Greenpeace are terrorists was a particuarly impressive statement.If I had my way they would be round up and shot.Out of interest, do you apply the same standards to Operation Rescue?

Even just protesting, they are hypocrites. If someone truly wants to protest all animal experimentation, then they should stop using anything that comes out of the medical community. That means no vaccines, no medicine, no surgeries, no aspirin, nothing.

True, was just making a point. It bothers me that I have to deal with more security at work once a year just because some PETA members are sad that we are using animals. Of course, if they thought to actually look into it, they would find that lab animals are treated better than most pets - but never mind that.

They weren't against the distribution of thr grain, just that the African countries had no say as to what the grain was (GE or non-GE). They supported the country's right to choose. Now what's wrong with that?
Greenpeace has become more radical over the las few years and has moved away from it's core policies of environmental concern. As an example, they're against Bush's missile defence. Now I personally think it's a waste of time and money, but how does this affect the enviornment significantly? They better off spending their time and money on bigger issues, like Bush gutting the national park laws to allow drilling and cutting of forests.
