I have to go with Pulp Fiction. That movie blows me away everytime I watch it. Reservoir Dogs is almost as good, but it does not have all the subtle allusions that Pulp Fiction does.

I have to say Pulp Fiction, it revolutionized dialouge whereas Kill Bill revolutionized action. I think PF is widely regarded as his best work.
Anyone else think he's had an affair with Uma?

He deserves it if he has. Kill Bill was amazing. Great action.

Hrmmm ... well ... there are so many to choose from .... oh wait ... no there aren't .... he's only directed 6 films ... I feel that when a movie comes out, it is the Director's movie ... so to look at what I would consider Taratino's movies:
My Best Friend's Birthday (1987)
Resevoir Dogs (1992)
Pulp Fiction (1994)
Jackie Brown (1997)
Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003)
Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)
Of that list, I'd have to say Resevoir Dogs.
However, I find him to be a lousy director. John Woo lite.
As far as directors go, nobody can top Stanley Kubric(rip) or Ridley Scott. Both absolute masters of the art of film.
However, Tarantino did write the screenplay for one of the best films I've ever seen: True Romance (1993), but Tony Scott directed it.

Asking which Quentin movie is the best is like asking what is better: A blonde with big t*ts or a Brunette with big t*ts, but it probably is Pulp Fiction, and he didn't have an affair with Uma, but you can tell hes in love with her, plus Ethan Hawke didn't know how good he had it.

Kill Bill idoesn't have much in the way of plot, but the action is well-done.

Reservoir dogs is by far his best movie. I like Pulp Fiction a lot but it does concentrate on style over substance and one of my least favourite moments in all of film history is when Uma Thirman draws the square in the restaurant car park - what the hell was Tarantino thinking drawing the lines on like that, did he think we wouldnt get it? Actually on the subject of Uma Thurman, i cant see why QT cast her again in Kill Bill cause she is crap. Hot yes but she acts about as well as a fencepost.

The square thing was a pop culture reference. It was intended to throw people off like that. Personally, I like Uma Thurman.

Tarantino is a hack director with no talent. Any mindless fool can produce gratuitous violence; Tarantino excels at doing so. His unhealthy obsession with gore produces low-quality films that everyone loves because people are so in love with violence. Tarantino is contributing to the ruin of modern cinema.

Resevoir Dogs.
Tarantino's a much better writer than he is a director. But then again, he's an excellent writer.

Agreed, although I would love it if Jules recited the "Goldilocks and the three bears" instead of quoting from Ezekiel just before he shot someone.
