Well, there are some things that some people do that I will leave to the imagination... :p

You could always spin around on a computer chair for hours at a time...or play tic tac toe with yourself.

That's why I'm bored.

These forums have really gone downhill recently.

Done

I built a big tetrahedran out of bamboo canes, but it's outside and its too dark to keep working on it.

I'm gonna put it on the roof of the school the day before we go back

yeah, you have a point. Reason is far too often second to rhetoric of late.

Hmm... maybe something slightly less sad/ schizophrenic.

I rarely get bored. It isn't safe.

Last time I got bored, My former roommate lost six good pair of underwear in my Great Underwear Canteloupe Catapult Experiment.

Time before that, I ended up supergluing everything in a dorm room down. Everything. Even socks.

Idle hands are the Devil's Workshop. ;)

Hmm, I was thinking about asking your advice on something, but I'm not sure... I think the brand of mischeif I'm aiming for might be slightly less malicious and/or destructive than your style

Reminded of Billy Connely.

And the devil finds work for idle hands"

Plot a bank heist and mail it to the cops. Dress up like a mime and hang out in front of the bank all day. Look suspiciously around for a moment then go in. Slip the teller a withdrawal slip for just a few bucks while still looking suspiciously around. Make sure you have one of your hands in your pocket. Pull hand out of pocket and point it at the teller like you’re holding the place up. See what happens from there.

Which reminds me of an incident I had... Police expect mimes to talk when questioned. *nod*

Well, as I'm sure you know, the worst thing about the summer when you're aged 17 is the fact that you have to go back to school at the end of it. I'm trying to figure out a way to make that first day back... a little more bearable. I want to liven up the school environment for the enrichment of all (apart possibly from the caretaker, but I'm not sure I like him anyway).

So, nothing brutal, nothing messy just for the sake of it, but something that would be... amusing on the first day back. (I thought of big, colourful "Welcome Back" banners, but I thought it might be depressing.)

Well, we're limited by access. With enough access, my childhood dream of packing every locker in the school full of styrofoam peanuts could come true.

But I have to assume you don't have that level of access.

So... Distribute kazoos... :)

Get these items.

Baseball helmet
batteries
Small electric motor
Propeller
Switch to turn on motor
Small blinking lights
Cup holders
Rubber tubes

Now use your imagination and put these things together.

Ooh, locker thing is very tempting... maybe I can just do non-locked cupboards.

Kazoos, and maybe whistles as well, to a bunch of year 7s.... nice.

Conkers, big huge bags of conkers and tip them all over... where? The playground? A classroom?

Not quite the conker season yet of course, but a month or two...

The secret is to carry enough kazoos to resupply students whose kazoos are confiscated. And, of course, not to let the faculty figure out where the kazoos are coming from.

Kazoos are cheap. Especially in mass quantity. Here in AMerica, I'd either try to order them online, or visit Arrow Paper and Party Supply.
