I don't want to join your region, don't bother trying to recruit.
Everytime my nation gets near the top 20 or in it I get telegrams from other nations or regions asking to join them.
Guess what, I don't care.

I want to join your region! I'm a liberal teenager who's somehow managed to get a 100% tax rate but is trying to lower it. I'm looking for a region that is cooperative and friendly among itself and has around 100 nations and at least 15 UN nations. Thanks....

I just applied to the UN, as I'm sure many other newbies did thanks to that "if you want your nation to be known around the world" crap.
