I, myself, think it is absolute trash. Watching mundane people doing mundane things leaves me completely cold (can't think why). It tears me up that this is the best they could do as a substitute for Friends.

The fact that they have so-called 'psychologists' and 'anthropologists' pointing out 'expertly' that raising your eyebrows at someone behind their back might just be a sign that you disapprove of them has the presenter nodding thoughtfully is laughable.

I don't know how people can call it interesting, watching people with larger-than-life egos (i.e the black guy whose name I thankfully can't remember, and that scrawny surfer-person called Stu) living out their ordinary, mind-bendingly boring little lives on a screen (whilst, of course, displaying how low their IQs can go).

Diehard fans of this rubbish, I implore you to read Dead Famous and hopefully realise just how stupid 'reality' television is. Or at least give me a reason why you think it worth watching.

Reality television is a plague in our society. I get ill thinking about all the quality programming that never gets a fair chance because the networks inundate television with cheap-to-produce reality programs.

" Big Brother Producers, you have one minute to leave the industry ... " :D

I think we could use the matter of "Who watches reality TV" as a method of selective slaughter. Y'know, get rid of the trash.

By the way, I hope that you people are smart enough to realise that I'm joking. If you people are so freaking smart, wouldn't you have something better to worry about than reality TV?

Big Brother along with other reality TV shows is one of the many good reasons why I no longer watch TV. However I think it was The Resort that finally ended it all for me. I used to clean rooms in a resort to earn money when I first started uni & my parents have worked in the hospitality industry on & off for years. I've seen it all. The whinging guests, the petty rivalries between the staff, the trashed rooms. Anyone who has ever had to pick somebody else's used condom up off a bathroom floor will tell you that there is nothing glamorous about working in a resort. I can't think of anything worse than watching a reality TV show about it.

It was so much better when Sci-fi shows were all the rage. Sure, most of them were crap, but at least they were entertaining. :(

TV is 99% crap. If this is what "normal" people are really like, I'm dropping out of the human race...Wait!, I've already done that!

Such cultural garbage appeals, well...to garbage!

I only watch documentries and occasionally Sounth Park for laughs and that's about it.

Really? I never saw the program and if what you say is true, it's yet another reason not to watch it. I'm an admirer of Orwell's work.

I can't believe some of the crap that is on television it's just one stupid show after another. I have tons of crappy ideas I should probably cash in on them.

Big Brother is aboslutly rubbish id rather watch an episode of Only Fools and Horses or My Family instead lol :)
