No. They have individual members who break the law at times and who should be prosecuted as individuals, but the group itself is not a terrorist organization.

I'd say you could make your case for a terrorist group easier with some of the abortion protestors who bomb clinics, kill doctors, terrify young women, hold up obnoxious signs, and throw blood on those who disagree with them.
