America 1900-1916(took a break for war)1918 -1941 The ideal of isolationism
When America decided to stay out of foreign politics and policies, The allies of europe asked us for help and we did we sent them fuel ships tanks trucks you know supplies Every one (minus the Axis powers) is happy with that deal we(america) gets something and the Allies get some thing. Then we get dragged into a war we didnt belong (thanx a lot japan ;) ) So now after we drop our whole Isolation policy people get angry at US (us being us as apeople and the U.S.) for stepping into other countries affairs.

I know this is hard to understand for it is 3am where i am and im tired and my point is really MAKE UP YOUR MIND PEOPLE (America included).

It is slightly different, during the times the Europeans begged for US aid, the world was at war, and the enemy was marching across Continents. Now the US is marching into countries where if the enemy is even there is in question, is it the right country or not, and the US tends to brush off the warnings of it's allies with a my way or the highway type talk.

The reason Japan attacked America, was because Americans were training the Chinese and helping the Chinese fight off Japan, without actually declaring war with Japan.

It's extremely unfair for a nation to help another but not actually declare war on it's enemy. Proud samurai don't stand for it.

The Germans trained and equipped the Chinese too. I don't think you can say the Japanese were "proud" samurai by fairness, they slaughtered the Chinese, and not just the regulars, who were absolutely routed, or the partisans. They didn't even declare war on America before they attacked, so they were actually attacking the Americans without a decleration of war.
