There needs to be some "society" or "colony" that would meet all the conditions of the socialists yet fail.
We need a socialist colony on the moon! A completely self-sustaining colony where we see how well they survive and if they turn to capitalism! :D

I think that a redistribution of the wealth would be good- then just let people do what they want

Equally Sliders, it could be argued that as an anarcho-capitalist you should move to one of the many tax havens (say Belize sp?) which are already pretty near to your conception of the perfect society.

The more capital you have the more it works for you and the more you become useless. That's capitalism.
Socialism is not an economic system and it looks like it is working well in Norway and elsewhere.
